Gwen has over 15 years of luxury retail and business management experience in Singapore and has lived in the UAE since 2005.
She co-founded Tennis 360 in 2009 and has been responsible for the business philosophy and direction of the company, establishing a high level of professional standards on and off court. Under Gwen’s leadership, Tennis 360 has grown from humble beginners of 2 courts at the Ritz Carlton, to 14 courts over 3 sites.
In 2014, Gwen started the Inter-Club Ladies Doubles League with 24 players and now chairs the league spanning across 7 clubs in the UAE with over 120 players in 4 divisions. Under her leadership, the weekly programs and community activities have established Tennis 360 as the most active club for families and players.
Gwen has also cultivated lasting friendships with many of the ATP and WTA players and their teams, and has facilitated training and personal appearances on their behalf.
